FORWARD

My daughter challenged me to NaNoWriMo (cache)(National Novel Writing Month) where the goal was to write the first draft of an entire novel in the month of November. We both managed to produce 50,000+ word novels. I found that it was much easier and more fun than I had expected. I decided to do a start off with a light young adult fantasy, The Harpers' Band, which was a lot of fun. The plot and the characters evolved as I wrote. I have been working on editing mine off and on ever since. I will post drafts of the chapters here as I get them close to ready.
